1.Product Introduction:
QGD/QG type submersible screw pump is mainly composed by three parts:pump,mechanical seal and motor.Pump is at the upper part of motor pump,which consists of by stator and rotator.Motor is at the lower part of motor pump and is a single-phase or three-phase asynchrnous motor.Mechanical seal is between pump and motor,and it is a kind of double endmechanical seal"O"rings are applied in all static joins of the submersible pump,inner-installed protector prevents the pump from damages due to abnormal power,clog and overload etc.
2.Scope Of Application:
Without limit of lift,it can work smoothly within allowed highest lift.The screw submersible pump is high life,high efficiency pump and widely used in flat convy,irrigation and spray,high-efficiency oxygen supply in agriculture,adding pressure to running water in countryside and city,drainage in pits and mines,syrup and chemical liquid supply in feed stuff lines.
3.Operating Condition:
a.Medium temperature is less 40â„?
b.Medium PH is between 65 and 8.5.
c.Volumeratio of sand content or undissolving solid in water shall be no more than 0.1ï¼?the size shall be not bigger than 0.2mm.
d.Submersible depth is not deeper than 0.5.
